We have the most powerful military in the world. Why did it take so long to get to New Orleans? The 82nd Airborne claims they can get anywhere in the world in, what, 12 or 36 hours. Why not New Orleans? A US ship bombed, within in 42 hours a 'terrorist factory' in Sudan bombed?

THIS IS NEGLIGENCE. THIS REGIME HAS BROKEN THE SOCIAL CONTRACT. What has Bush done that makes you believe he is a strong and decisive leader?
